Booking procedure:
1. Read the cake price guide.
2. Submit the booking inquiry form
- Response time for booking inquiries is 5 days so please send in your inquiries with sufficient time ahead.
3. Receive a response from TLTS informing whether or not the requested date is available.
- A price estimate will be provided if the date is available.
4. If the date is available, make the requested advance payment to book your order
- For orders booked more than a month in advance, customers will be notified 3 weeks before order date in case a change in plan occurs whereby the order cannot be fulfilled.
- Please also bear in mind that an order may get cancelled without a sufficient notice period in the case of unforeseen circumstances. Advance payments will be fully refunded in both instances.
